Leonard Boniface, African Journalist, GLD Presenter

Leonard Boniface has used his skills as a journalist to make his voice heard in the fight against HIV/AIDS and promoting MDGs. There are over 1.5 million people living with HIV/AIDS in his homeland of Tanzania. With the numbers of people dying every day, the Tanzanian Government has described the epidemic as a national disaster.
