Archives - Pictures Tell a Million Words
We don’t have all the archives for nine solid years of voyaging. But we do have some pretty nice pictures all stitched together in a great presentation done in the early years of our undertaking. We encourage you to view the presentation, stitched together by Dr. Terry Redding and his daughter, Sandra Cole.
Would like to you to see the graphic representing some of the ports we stopped in - and the people who hosted us while there. Here are some of them:
Mission and Ultimate Destination

Sail Away, Sail Away - Lovely with Enya!

Region South Pacific
Theme: ‘No Man is an Island’

Entering New Zealand, Home of the America’s Cup - at least for a while.

On to Australia, with friends way down under, including Antarctica

Then up to Japan - Lots of English language teachers hard at work

South and East to a very friendly Vietnam

And, as always, a great stop in China

Regions Central Asia, The Gulf, and Africa
Theme: Let No One Get Left Behind!

Into the Arabian Gulf - Many bright women featured

Memorable stops in Uganda, Kenya and South Africa

On to the Land of the Pyramids — Cairo, Bologna and Oxford - whether by camel, horseback or sailing vessel, in the “old days” we had to go where the intellectuals resided. Now?

European Region — And yes, Russia too
Theme: Opportunities by Telework

First, we slide in to Austria, after a stop in Instanbul

And then Russia - 10 time zones — and we visited three of them!

Jolly England of course!

Who can visit Europe without a stop in France?

REGION - CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA
THEME: Opportunities Through Collaboration

Brazil - Where it’s easy to get distracted

Argentina - and a Indian poet named Tagore, nicely delivered by a lovely English language instructor

On to Central America, first stop Costa Rica
then Mexico - the Latin America that is, of course, in North America

Last Leg - Whew!
REGION; North America and the Central Pacific
Theme: e-Learning -Any Significant Differences?

First stop, the eastern shores of Canada - Welcome to the North America!

Then on through the States…and quite a debate!

Ah, but finally the beaches, this one Florida, but last stop Hawaii and the tour of those specs way out in the Pacific, by Bruce Best

What is GLD? Where is our final destination?

And who do we thank for all of this - Dr. Redding and his daughter, Sandra Cole - and our Very Special Friends
