Juliet Stoltenkamp, University of the Western Cape
Juliet Stoltenkamp, from the University of the Western Cape writes: I am a hard working, self-motivated and disciplined person with 13 years experience in the teaching / training environment. My experience includes learners of various ages. I believe in keeping abreast with education and technology.
“I took the leap to be a part of the Learning Course Management System (WebCT) team at the Centre for Teaching, Learning & Assessment at RAU. I coped under immense pressure in a ‘WebCT bottom-up approach’ where we were only two people administrating the environment as well
as training the lecturers and teaching assistants. I have also completed my Masters research on the LCMS, WebCT support structure at RAU. I joined the Unisa team, as an Instructional Designer where I gained experience in paper-based instructional design, thereafter returned to RAU to join the instructional design team in the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Assessment. My current position as E-Learning Manager at UWC entails managing change when integrating E-Learning in an organisation.
I am a mother of two sons and a daughter: ages 15, 8 & 2.
I have no pets. I will send some pics of my children and the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa.”
